Stories that spark imagination

Original tales that inspire kids to imagine, remember, and create, starting with our Little Echo campaign.

At Stylo And Stories, we write children’s stories that do more than entertain. Each one invites young readers to imagine the scenes, remember the details, and bring the story to life through their own art.

About Stylo And Stories

We believe every child is brimming with creativity, they just need the space to explore it. That’s why we craft original stories and pair them with interactive projects. Children listen to the story, then draw from memory, building creative confidence, focus, and storytelling skills. Our stories live on beyond the page, in the colours, shapes, and ideas each child contributes.

Little Echo.

A Story That Comes Alive Through Your Child’s Imagination

When I was little, I made up a song to help my sister find what she’d lost: missing toys, socks, anything really. We sang it together until we found what we were looking for.

Little Echo is based on that song. It tells the story of a sudden storm, a mother elephant who’s lost the way home, and her inquisitive calf who remembers the tune she once taught him.

This is a tale of memory, melody, and the courage to search, even when you’re unsure what you’ll find.

Instead of showing illustrations, we invite children to become the illustrators. They’ll listen to the story, picture it in their minds, and draw what they imagine.

Each creation becomes part of the Echo Community: a global digital gallery of young artists, celebrated in live readings and shared online.

This is not a competition. It’s an open invitation to play with memory, grow creative confidence, and see the world through your child’s eyes.

About the author

When I lost my memory in 2020, I thought I’d lost everything.
But songs of Truth helped me remember who I was.

Now I help children (and their parents) navigate the anxiety and emotional challenge of loss through storytelling and the power of song.

I believe memory can be playful.
That storytelling can be our path to recovery;
and that children are more than readers.
They’re the ones who still know how to find the way home.
