Mission 250

£2,500.00

Mission 250 is Stylo and Stories’ focused early-years engagement programme, designed for organisations looking to create meaningful literacy, creativity and family learning through a smaller, high-impact partnership.

Through a single commission, partners can enable up to 250 children aged 2–5 to take part in engaging Little Echo experiences combining storytelling, music, movement, memory and imaginative play, with each child also receiving a copy of Little Echo to take home.

Designed for delivery across schools, nurseries, libraries, museums, family hubs and community venues, Mission 250 is ideal for partners who want to pilot the programme, focus on a specific neighbourhood or community, or begin with a more targeted level of investment.

The programme supports wider goals around early-years literacy, reading for pleasure, family engagement and access to high-quality funded learning experiences, while providing a clear and efficient route to reach 250 children through one coordinated partnership.

INSIDE THE LITTLE ECHO EXPERIENCE

1. Welcome & Sing Along to Spark Our Memory
Children join in with the Little Echo song and explore how rhythm, repetition and music can help us remember.

2. Little Echo Book Reading
An animated reading of Little Echo, with children encouraged to listen, respond and join in.

3. Little Echo Hide & Seek
A playful search activity inspired by the story, encouraging observation, recall and participation.

4. Little Illustrators Drawing Session
Children draw something they remember from the story, without looking back at the book.

5. Children’s Storytelling Show & Tell
Children share their drawings and tell the group what they remembered, encouraging confidence, imagination and communication.

6. 250 Copies of Little Echo
Each child will walk home with a copy of Little Echo to take home and spark their imagination

7. 250 Colouring books
Each child will be gifted with a special Little Echo and friends colouring book to spark their creativity and memory

8. Impact & Outcomes Reporting
At the end of the 11-month programme, partners receive a concise impact report capturing reach, participation, delivery locations, engagement and learning outcomes across the programme. The report is designed to help you evidence the value of your investment, understand how families engaged with the programme and inform future early-years, literacy and family engagement activity.
